How the Program Works
With only a couple clicks of your mouse, you can...
1. Sign up for the program
- Information such as name, address, phone number, and email address will get the process started.
2. Fill out and submit your listing paperwork
- MLS listing documents will be provided for you to fill out online. Completed documents with signature must be submitted via fax or by mail. Fax # 216-529-1097, Address 12215 Clifton Blvd. Lakewood, Ohio 44107
- On these documents you will need to provide basic information regarding you home, including description, lot size, location, etc.
- *Home price: Online services like zillow.com, electronicappraiser.com, and values.com can get you a good idea of your homes value.
- *Listing commissions: Typical commissions to buyer’s agents are somewhere between 2 ½% and 3 ½%. You can choose to pay no commissions to buyers agents, however, this will limit you to buyers without agents searching for homes on their own.
3. Upload
unlimited photos of your home.
- Your home listing can be accompanied by
as many photos of your home as you would like or even a
virtual tour.
- Photos need to be in .jpeg format, and certainly no smaller than
640x480 pixels. Take some time to put together a good collection
of photos. You will need one of the front exterior of your property
and then usually the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and bath
and pool or outside yard.
4. Pay online
- We accept Visa, MC, and Personal Check
After we have received your payment...
Within 48 hours of completed submission you will be listed on the Multiple Listing Service, realtor.com and 40 additional websites such as excite.com, yahoo.com, MSN, move.com, netzero, netscape, etc. All listings will display your contact information so that potential buyers can contact you directly. A unique feature of Sky Realty.
A professional Sky Realty sign and a rider with your phone # will be shipped to your home. A $65 deposit will be required for the sign. $50 will be refunded when sign is returned after closing.
We will provide you with all the necessary paperwork to assist with the sale of your home. These are for your use and do not need to be turned in to us. Download Contract Forms
Once you are listed and your sign is in place, the selling is up to you! Unlike traditional services potential buyers will contact you directly to schedule viewings of your home
Sky Realty is available for any questions you may have throughout this process.
If you need to make any changes to the MLS listing after the initial set up, you will receive one free change. Any changes after the “one free” change will be $25 per change.
Once your home is under contract or it has sold, you will need to contact Sky Realty to update your listing and return your sign.
