Sky Realty is an Ohio Licensed real estate company. Sky Realty is not your traditional real estate company in that we cater mostly to For Sale By Owners, rely on sales representatives not agents to generate listings, and leave the selling to the homeowner.

We are a revolutionary online real estate brokerage whose focus is to significantly reduce the amount of real estate commissions homeowners pay when selling a home.

Eliminating the listing agent saves our customers thousands of dollars.

Sky Realty is also dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship. Sky Realty provides our sales representatives an opportunity to build and manage their own real estate business by selling an easy and innovative product while maintaining a healthy balance between career and family.

The Position

Sales Representatives work as independent contractors for Sky Realty. Independent contractor means that you work independently from the company and you as the individual build a business that works for you, on your own schedule, and in your own way! As an independent contractor for Sky Realty you will be working with a Sales Team Leader to build your own Ohio real estate business and ultimately generate a rewarding income.

Sky Realty provides you with the product, the guidance, and the referral commissions. The rest is up to you! You will find the information in our training manual proves a fun, innovative, and easy sale and is undoubtedly one of the best work from home careers out there!!!

The Product

The goal of the Sky Realty sales representative is to direct interested homeowners to Sky Realty's website www.myskyrealty.com to sign up for the $399 For Sale by Owner Program.

The Payoff

With an innovative and exciting product, proper training/education on product, and the inner drive for success, income potential for Sky Realty's sales representatives is limitless. Whether you need supplemental income to your first job, desire a full-time at home position, or just need extra money, income potential is all what you make it.

All sales representatives receive a referral commission check for every customer who visits the website and/or calls Sky Realty and signs up for the program. Once the customer has paid and listed, a referral commission check is cut and mailed to the sales representative responsible for the sale.

Commissions

Sales representatives receive a $100 commission check for every customer who visits the website and signs up for the program.

On average our current sales force generates 40 sales a month individually.

40 sales a month times $100 per sale equals $4000 in monthly income!!!

This is just an average!

We have some sales representatives far exceeding this income and making a lot of money! and they're doing it their way and on their own schedule!

The Materials

The great news for sales representatives is there is very little if any sales material/tools needed to generate sales. Basic verbal one-on-one communication with anyone and everyone you know is your number one sales tool and that's free! Not to mention easy! Access to a phone and computer are a close second. Many of our sales representatives take advantage of business tools such as business cards, flyers, car magnets, local advertising, postcards, etc. to market their business. Remember this is your business to run your way!
